Good dancers are every bit as fit as an athlete. Dancing can be intensely demanding, requiring strength, stamina, balance and mental focus. Add to that the skill required to turn movement into an art form, and dancing can be seen as a very hard activity to master.
These are often the same demands on an athlete.
While dancing is unlikely to be considered harder than sports, both demand physical attributes and skills. They may be different attributes and they may be different skills but both can be considered to be as hard as each other.

I was say yes i do street dancing it is alot simpler than getting on the floor and doing a bunch of weird moves!!
