No, this would be a point for the other team. Example: you put your leg under the net, or fall and go on the other court.

Seven feet
When playing volleyball, you need to hit over the net. Therefore, there are "penalties" if the ball rolls under the net or hits the net rather than over it.
spike
its called a tip
An incorrect play of a volleyball would be something like a lift, double contact, contact with the net, more than 3 hits before the send over, or bounce before a contact!
you can be as close as you want to the net but you are not allowed to touch it. you're also not allowed to reach over the net to the over side of the court or put your foot over the centre line underneath the net
Yes but the contact must only be incidental ( ie not part of the play) and must not affect the play. So a player touching the net while blocking, setting or attacking would be illegal. A playing brushing the net away from the play would not.
rolling the ball under the net
Volleyball officials are the only ones who have the right to call "in or out." They monitor the court making sure one of the players does not touch the tape of the net or go under the net. They are most of the time helpful in volleyball games. :)
Your team can hit the volleyball three times before it goes over the net.
