my bat is cameshire willow and i think its realy good
Quality cricket bats are made from English Willow trees. The harvesters say they plant 3 plants when 1 tree is cut and assure there will not be no shortage of English Willows in the market. It takes 4 years for a tree to be mature enough for making a good bat. Some trees are allowed to grow about 45 years too.
Go for bats made with English Willow. Bats made with English Willow are durable and offer excellent rebound. If you have a lower budget you can go for bats made with Kashmir Willow which is harder and brittle to some extend. Also look for bats that are compressed curved and not the ones that are shaved to form the curve.
It depends on the type of bat you want to buy. A normal tennis ball bat can be bought for as low as Rs. 150/- Quality tennis ball bats may cost you around Rs. 500/- If you want to buy a bat made of genuine willow that can be used for playing professional cricket matches with cricket balls you may have to shell out atleast Rs. 2000/- or more. Bats used by international cricketers may cost atleast 5 or 10 times more than normal cricket ball bats.
The good quality ones are made in Pakistan

It's an okay wood it will still allow you to hit well but english willow is better.
If you mean its wood, it's a very good shock-absorber used for axe and hammer handles, (historically) cart components such as frame parts and wheel spokes, and similar. Baseball bats too I gather from other correspondents! I don't know what is traditionally used in the bats for baseball's English ancestor, Rounders - ash or willow, the latter used for cricket bats.
The places to purchase Puma cricket bats are many and varied. The best place to start would be Amazon. If you are on a tight budget, a good option would be to try eBay.
