Anaerobic. The sprint uses creatine phosphate and glycolysis metabolisms to provide the energy, both of which proceed without oxygen.
Aerobic. Aerobic and Anaerobic aspects of the sport are very position specific. Midfield positions require long distance running and are primarily aerobic (approx. 70% aerobic), while defense and attack players focus mostly on agility and short bouts of sprints (70-75% anaerobic).
Aerobic processes consume oxygen to generate energy. Anaerobic processes do not. Both generate energy, but anaerobic processes are less efficient, both generating less energy and leaving more excess junk behind.
Humans are both aerobic and anaerobic.
Anaerobic is the opposite of Aerobic. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' whilst Anaerobic means 'without oxygen'
anaerobic glycolysis because it doesn't require oxygen and when you're sprinting, it's hard to take in that oxygen, that's why after the sprint you would be gasping for air because your body prefers to use aerobic respiration which yields the most ATP.

This would be known as aerobic because of the fact that you are exercising for a prolong period of time, other then anaerobic which consists of short burst of exercise.
