Everyone has to start somewhere, but the truth is, not really. If I was running a 30 minute 5K, at age 15 or 16, I would plan on building strength, working really hard, and transforming my body and its capabilities. That age is a prime time for making big changes to your athleticism. Your body is just waiting for you to tell it what to adapt to. So work hard and go for it!
Actually no, not at all! Thats excellent if it's your first time. However, if I were you I would definately work to reach a possible 22 or 23 minutes. The more and longer you run( and stretch) the easier it will be for you. especially at your meets.
It's average, at least for my team. If it's your first year though you probably have a lot to learn about how to run a race and what works for you.
For example, on my team there's three girls that trade off and on for the #1 spot. The one girl likes to start out SUPER fast, the other super slow and me (I'm the third) I like to start out somewhat in between.
The top girls on my team run like 20:30s to give you an idea. The slowest girls run like 35:00.
YES.
between 20 or 27 or even 30 min if a very slow person runs. It all really depends on who's running.
from my view...the first time i download the sims it made my laptop really slow
really slow like 5 miles an hour
allah
Really Slow!
No, I really don't think its a country song. I would classify it more as slow-pop or a love song.
A slow poke?
really slow dont have on really freaky slow
If your only running 1 mile then 5:27 is nothing special. But if your running a race, like in cross country its pretty insane. I'm 13 and run cross country for the wilde lake high school cross country team and have done a 5:47 first mile and a 6:03 second mile. Finished with a time of 18:48 because of running the last mile slow. It also depends if you're built for running. I gave up cross country due to the fact that no matter how long I trained I couldn't get down to a 6 minute mile.
Usually high carbohydrates and proteins are necessary for a successful race. Stay away from fatty foods and grease. They will settle in your stomach and slow you down.
About in the middle they're not really slow or really fast they're just in the middle!
that is really slow. i ran my first mile half in 9:30
