Well, No...
The thing with Avram Grant is that he is a good Cup Manager, He thrives in cup competitions (Took Chelsea to the Champions league final, took Portsmouth to the FA cup final..) however, in a league competition, he isn't very good. i feel the reason for this is that in a cup competition, it is easy for the players to get fired up, its hit or miss, live or die situation, whilst in the league that's not the case, just because you lose or draw a game, doesnt mean you have lost the league.
and i don't see Grant being the kind of manager that has the ability to fire up his players like Sir Alex Ferguson or Moyes etc...
i have worked with one writing manager. He was the worst one.
bobby valentime is the worst redsox manager

It depends by what criteria you're measuring. If it's a calculation based on time in the competition against premiership's won against number of times finishing last, then yes, St Kilda is the worst performed team in the AFL.
Probably Robbie Savage. He played for Liecter, Birmingham City, Blackburn and Derby. But at the moment it's probably Titus Bramble who plays for Wigan Athletic.
Yes, a manager can plan for the unexpected by:Modeling worst-case scenariosAdding buffers to budgets and schedulesHaving rollback plansKnowing to to call upon for emergencies
Does not admit their own mistake due to their bad desicion and put the blame on the team member
15 in the league manager got sacked after 20 games in charge
