Shawn Merrimen, a LB ran just under a 4.5 coming out of college, bulked up for the NFL and ran a 4.61 at the combine. I mean, 6.2 might be good for someone not going to the NFL, but that's the only reason I even know what a 40 yd dash is. ahh no i mean how big are you for one thing? a good 40 dash would like 4.3 to 4.5 in high school college and a 4.4 to 4.6 in middle school but no 6.2 sucks man but if you are a linemen or like a grade schooler dont worry bout it
