Yes 38 min and 30 sec is a pretty good time for a 10k there is room for improvement i am a Jr. on varsity team and I row a 32 flat
It is not very good. I am a freshman and just today, I swam it in 1 minute 3 seconds during time trials.

A 1500 is the median score for juniors and seniors, so if you were a sophomore and you achieved this good grade, then you will hopefully have a bright future!
3 Miles in 19.5 minutes (19 minutes 30 seconds) is 1 mile in 6.5 minutes (6 minutes 30 seconds). (19.5 ÷ 3 = 6.5)That is based on her average speed. It is safe to assume that she can run one mile or just even the first of 3 miles in less time, probably around 6 minutes. That is a good pace! A 5k (five kilometers) run is about 3.107 miles. A mile in 6.5 minutes is the same as 3.107 miles in 20 minutes 11.7 seconds (average speed of 9.23 MPH).The female record for a 5K is about 14 minutes 11 seconds. A very good time is still 17-20 minutes. A good beginners time is around 30 minutes.
yes this is a very good time. my mile time is five minutes and forty seconds. im 14 and im in the top of my school for running. that's very good.

A good time to my calculations would be 9.60 nine- minutes-60-seconds
1 mile = 1600 meters. Check www.concept2.com to see the online rankings to compare times of different rowers over this distance on a rowing machine.
Very good. The top 15 year old men in the U.S. can run a mile in about 4 minutes and 30 seconds. This time is achieved after months of training.
