Both of those times are really good. If you ran for AAU you would probably be going to the national junior Olympics. I ran when I was 12 and finished with a 2:37 at nationals and finished 47 in the nation, so your time is definitely good.
It's alright. I'm sure If you worked on your speed and endurance you could greatly improve it. I run a 2:02 800 and I'm 15 and the 800 isn't even my even (the 3000 and 5000 are). So a good 15 year old could run maybe a 1:55. I'm sure you could get yours down to a 2:05-2:00 though.
yes, for being 15 years old (presumably a freshman) 2:08 is a very respectable time. it's not inconceivable to say that running a 2:08 freshman year could lead you to a 1:56 as a senior.
probably years. shoot it, if it fires it's good

The Constitution has been ratified and taken into effect at March 4, 1789. As of the year 2012, the U.S has been using the Constitution for 223 years (2012-1789 = 223).
Im not sure how specific of an answer you are looking for so ill just childproof it. It is a bolt action rifle made by Winchester which fires the .223 remington cartridge. "ranger" is the model of the firearm and was only produced in .223 remington for a few years in the early 90's and were then discontinued due to the lack of popularity for the .223 at that time. I just so happen to own one and will probobly never get rid of it because of its rarity.
The factors of 223 are: 1, 223 (223 is a prime number).
30% of 223= 30% * 223= 0.3 * 223= 66.9
