It depends, the main issue in this case is did the team correct their mistake before they teed off on the 2nd hole. If they did, they would go back and play the 10th hole, but they have to count the amount of strokes they hit on the 1st (say 4) and a penalty of 2 shots, so essentially they would be playing 7 off the tee!

If they teed off on the second hole they would be unable to correct their mistake and would be disqualified, this falls under playing holes in the incorrect order.
