it does work a little, I'm not overweight I'm 6'3 and 190lbs but i do feel like i have a little bit of a stomach growing, and my jeans feel tighter around my thighs, after about 2 weeks of using the slender shaper machine i noticed the jeans fit on a little easier, i used it 2-3 times a day on medium high setting on my stomach and thighs seperately, i don't think this machine will do anything for anyone that's overweight unless u use it for hours a day
