We gain weight when we eat more food than we burn up in calories each day. You can cut back on the exercise, as long as you also cut back on the food. You can skip the weight room if you walk more and climb stairs; get a "standing desk", and don't sit on your butt all day, and you can afford an extra cookie for lunch.
But like most things in life, it's better to have a balance; some exercise (but not too much!) and some food, but not too much!
Exercise, and eat Healthy
I'd recommend just doing cardio.
Any cardio exercise will help with fat loss.
Well as a trainer i would recommend doing 1 hour of fairly hard exercise then/or you can do 45 minutes of intense training to really make the fat fall.
encourage your child to stay fit by doing regular exercise and eating healthy.
Vigorous exercise does in fact burn a solid amount of fat, frequently more fat than less intensive exercises. It's true that a higher percentage of calories will come from fat during moderate exercise as opposed to intense, but the total number of calories burned from fat during intense exercise can be greater than moderate exercise.
Their really isn't an exercise for the abdominal muscles that can burn fat more than the other. If you want to burn fat focus on your diet and high intensity cardiovascular exercise in the morning.
A complete diet that is low in fats in combination with exercise can help reduce body fat. One without the other is not as efficient as doing both together.
No unless you stop eating junk food, exercise, NO fattening foods, and no soda
no, not by diet and exercise. only surgery spot reduces fat. Through diet and exercise you can reduce fat, but your body and your body alone will determine where and when to reduce it. i.e. dieting and only doing sit-ups will not cause you to lose fat primarily around your abs
Work out a lot by doing cardo exercise and cut out refined (processed) carbohydrates.
Studies have shown that localized exercise does not burn fat in those areas. Sit-ups will not burn stomach fat and face-crunches will not burn face fat. These exercises only tone and build muscle. To lose fat you need to burn more calories than you consume by doing cardiovascular exercise.
