Typically you will start seeing results after the first week, so on days 7-10 you should see results. It may not always register on the scale for a number of reasons. One major one is muscle weighs more than fat, and because you are working out you are gaining muscle, and therefor won't start to lose weight for a while. Another reason could be that you have a slow metabolism and your body needs even less intake and more exercise. The problem with trying to answer this is that everyone is different, so the amount of weight you lose is impossible to determine. My guess would be maybe 1-3 pounds at the most as its just the first 10 days. If you are serious about it you should consult your physician about any further questions on what diets to use and such.
