I want to gain bigger muscles in all areas (such as arms,legs, calves and abs, etc.) by lifting weights (not to body builder size of course), but i also don't want to lose my ability to do; push ups, chin ups, etc. so would i still benefit from lifting weights one week, then doing gymnastic type exercises and lots more cardio the next week. Also if anyone has any good workout routines (either weights, or body weight) including running, whether it be circuit training or anything, as i want to have a good anaerobic and aerobic system. Well if you are willing to exercise then push ups and dips are great for losing arm fat. Also, lifting weights and pull ups if you have access to a pull up bar. And of coarse, eat healthy!
