my 50m backstroke was 32 seconds last season, id assume around 30 seconds now, and i swim a 1.10, so i dont know exactly what your time would be. Probably around 1.15 - 1.20 is a good guess

Individual Medley (abbreviated to Medley or IM) is when a swimmmer swims butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle (in that order) in the same race. So 100m medley in a 25m pool would be one length on each stroke. Official medley events incllude 100m (25m on each storke) 200m (50m on each stroke) , and 400m (100m on each stroke)individual medley (200m and 400m olympic events). 600 medley is not an event that officially exists but it would comprise of: 150m butterfly, 150m backstroke, 150m breaststroke and 150m freestly (in that order) continuosly.
when he warms up for an Olympic swim he does a set of 100m. freestyles on 1 minute. That is a moderate speed for him. His World records for his 100's are as follows: 100m. butterfly 50.58 100m. freestyle 47.51 100 backstroke 45.50 100 breaststroke
As a 100m runner i think we can do something like 6.8 on the 60 but not less then 11 on 100m!
It would depend what event of 100 meters is being swum, if it is 100m freestyle, then I would say around a 1:00 to 1:10, same thing going for butterfly, and maybe only 5 or 10 seconds more for backstroke. For 100m breaststroke, a good time could be around 1:25 to 1:40, since breaststroke really varies between people, as well as being a slower stroke than other strokes. Lastly, if the event is the 100m IM (Individual Medley), a good time would be somewhere near the swimmer's "prime stroke" time (their best stroke that is not freestyle). This could be anywhere from 1:00 to 1:30, which is pretty fast for a meter race.
