From what I know of Serena Williams is that she was raised as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. But The Bible clearly states that every person must decide for themselves if they will follow gods laws( Romans 14:12). People who claim to be a true christian but then do not follow Gods principles obviously cannot be judged righteous. James 2:24,26 says: "you see that a man is to be declared righteous by works, and not by faith alone... Indeed, as the body without spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead."
Jehovah's Witnesses strive to follow Gods laws to the best of their abilities. One that does not follow Jehovah God's Laws cannot rightfully be a Jehovah's Witness.
