No. Brunei infact were competing in the Olympics, or at least, I am fairly sure they were. But there are several other countries that exist; they have just never been granted Olympic status yet. Brunei were under the name of Brunei Darassalem; they came close to winning a medal in Athens. Kosovo looks likely to be the next country to be adopted into the Olympic family.
