sur i would have to say that matters on your own type of body style if you worked out for a year then you will not get much bigger but the BIGGEST THING THAT MATTERS IS WHER YOUR BICEPS SORE OR NOT AND SINCE YOU COULD DO THEM 2 DAYS STRAIGHT I WOULD SAY NOT GOOD BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO ALTERNATE MUCLES DONT JUST DO ONE AND DO AT LEAST 15 SETS A DAY IF YOU HAVE TIME ABOUT 10 TO 12 REPS AND LIFT TO FAILURE WHICH MEANS UNTIL YOU CANT DO NO MORE OK I HOPE you learned something signed by
