Hi, i may not be the best source for a work out, but i can give you some basic like really basic tips,... jog a mile every day, then finish the run with wind sprints from 20yards too 100 yards atleast 3 times. if your just going into fresh ball and you want to become a tight end/defensive end, i suggest you work on explosive runs and bench 160/ 200.. by (next year/season) and do chop drops (up downs) because when your coach is mad or is jjust in general wants you to do something its chop drops and push ups! so for push ups if your not that big in the arm try it simple. 10 push ups, 9, 8,7,6,5, and then do 1 set of anywhere from 15-45.. but dont over work out. its bad and kan cramp ur muscles and not cause muscle gain/mass.. for dumbell reps and weights. hmm well im 14 going to the 8th and i 20-25 i say for a freshman anywhere from 20-40.. atleast do 3 sets of 10. i finish mine of with 1 set of 30-45 depending on how my arms are feeling. and yup.. basic BASIC stuff im sorry if this doesnt help you/ or its too late im just a kid lol good luck.. to the both of us! (funny i play tight end and might play defensive end :D)
