Well.. I have not a clue. Maybe 110-160? I am 103... but I have some fat on me.. as in more then needed. It depends. As long as you are healthy do not worry. Hope it helps!
Black10: I'm thinking your very built and muscluar, but I do think if you drop about 10-15 pounds, even 5 pounds. Your overall performance will improve such as speed and indurances. I as a player am 125 and 5"6 I use to be 138 after I drop my weight I felt better as a player and indiviual. It's also a great feeling after the game you can look at another player and say to yourself, "You can't go, and I still can"...
don't be disapointed. whatever you give your coach, i am sure that he/she will accept it. i am in rep soccer, and i am 13 but i was moved to the under 15', EVERY BODY HAS BOOB'S BUT ME! i don't let that get in my way. as long as you keep on playing and you are having fun, then nothing else really matters.
I am a 14 year old girl. and im 5'3 and i weigh 138 pounds. i ride bike daily and swim all summer. i eat light and im bery active. so i wouldn't worry about it as long as you keep excersising and staying fit. you should't have to worry about it. just keep up the good work and eating healthy. like fruits and vegatables..thats what i do.
