Also if your thinking about making this a daily thing don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row and balance out your weight distributions so your not to buff on one side. one last thing is that muscles atrophy in 72 hours so that means they begin to shrink so my suggestion is if you plan on making a habit then bench and do squats one day and work on your lower body the next. ohhh yeah don't do sit ups first cause alot of exercises use your stomach to lift so work on those last...
