Ideally, you wanna compete in some amateur events before turning professional, but it's not unheard of just going straight to professional and learning there.
Evasive instinct, accuracy and speed, rhythm, and finally, an overpowering need to win; boxing is a business, and if you don't win, your promoter loses money. If you are serious, when talking to a promoter, emphasize what you can do, show them that you can make them a lot of money.
Well, first you want to start off at a local gym,get very good at it and keep it up if you work hard you will be seen soon and at some tourtaments scouts will come and see your boxing skill.

You have to knock out your opponent fast enough to get skill points, when you get 1000 you become a pro. even if you win, you may lose skill points
nothing, i think you just get to say, hey, imma pro! but in wii bowling you get a sparkle ball and in wii boxing, a new glove......ect.
