How would I get players' autographs before an NFL game at Mile High Stadium?

That's no longer possible. In years past, it was possible to pretty much just sit outside the parking area and wait for them though it was usually better to meet them after the game rather than before.
Currently, Mile High is constructed such that the players have an unobstructed path to and from their private parking area and fans are not permitted to come into direct contact with the players.
The best way to get Autographs now are at organized and sponsored events, at official team events, or by sheer happenstance and coincidental encounters in daily life.

The hotels are not publically published, but I would suggest you check the local Marriot Hotels, ones closest to the airport or the stadium. You might have some luck running to some Pats players there. However, be warned, the Patriots security frowns on people approaching the Pats players, who are notorious for not signing autographs or talking to fans when on the road.

IT depends on whether or not the autographs are legit. It depends on the conditon of the piece, and the legibility of the autographs. It also depends on the date of the signatures. There is no exact value to something like this. The value could be anywhere from $500 to $1,000. I collect Jimmie Foxx items, and own hundreds of his things. I would like to see this piece. Can you send me a scan. Also, the autographs would have to be authenticated before any one would buy them. PSA does a great job.
How can you meet the football players before an NFL game?
I was given 'club' tickets to an NFL game. We arrived relatively early and most of the players were seated at a table just inside the club facility. Everyone had an opportunity to have them sign autographs or to talk to them for a brief period of time. This was probably four years ago and things may have changed since then although I have found that it never hurts to ask for things like this...it's surprising how many times someone is willing to accomodate a reasonable request that isn't too involved. You may be able to get more information from the team's PR representative. Good publicity is always welcome, and if your request involves meeting one of the lesser-known players you may have better luck. It might also help if you're affiliated with a civic or school organization or if you would like a player (or players) to autograph a ball that would later be auctioned at a charity event. My brother has pretty good luck meeting players by going to the nicest hotel that is closest to the football stadium and sitting in the lobby!
