It depends on the engine used in the car. The 3.1 Liter v6 is a damn fine engine. It runs fine has plenty of power. It lacks power for acceleration and it is notorious for failure. If it does NOT have the v6 stay away. The 2.8 is a smaller version of the 3.1 and it is okay. Check for leaking intake gaskets on the v6 engine. IF they leak, stay away as well.
