1. Practice. look for schools or camps in your area, preferably the ones that use the European method's.

· Define what term is used when to insure consistency and mutual understanding between keeper and players

· When communicating instructions have the keeper project their voice in a clear and concise manner. Simplicity is essential.

3. Go for Everything, you wont save if you don't try.

4. Exercise and work out, build muscle and get ripped, don't lift weights without permission from a doctor though.
