The court itself is measured by length and width, not height. 94' x 50' is about average. The rim is 10' above the court.
10 ft
Court sizes varies. Many high school and college/universities courts are 84 feet by 50 feet. Note that some are 94 feet by 50 feet.
I play on a junior high basketball team. And its 10FT. same with middle school, (which includes 6th grade)
The official regulation is 10' from the top of the rim to the floor in High School, College, and the Pros. In elementary school it is sometimes set to a lower level for these younger players but there is no official rule on this and it is left up to the administrators at that school.
30 feet
The official height of an NBA basketball ring, is 10 feet from the court to the rim. It's also 10 feet for official high school and college courts! =)

Not really sure but I think Sadie Johnson. There is a Youtube video about her but it doesn't say how tall she is.
All basketball goals are the same regulation height of 10ft.
