well im 13 and 5 foot 2 and i cant even lift up someone bye the feet that's 5 stone but im 7.1 and this 12 year old lad whos 5 foot can lift me up by the feet so its either me weak or him strong

Isn't really fully correct, there really isn't a weak or strong at this age, I'm this age with a six pack, and bench press over 250, and has big muscles for my age, but even then my older and weaker cousin can still take me down. I mean the average is basically; you should be able to bench press two times your weight, i only have the weight of about 110, so I would be above average. But if you can't even bench your own weight, then your weak.
