2 or 3 yrs.

It really doesn't matter but most people start around 2 or 3. I started when I was 2 and a half but it really doesn't matter.
There is no height limit for gymnastics. And I am not sure about the age. I am 14 and I do gymnastics and I think that like 16-19 is too old. But there is no age limit
i started when i was 6, but you can start from 4- 14 years of age
You can start at any age. Take a beginner's class to start with and you can progress from there.
She started when she was 5 years old.
You can start whenever you want to, some girls are even 2 or 3 years old when they start training. I started when I was like 2 and a half years old :-).
I think that if you want to go back you should!! You would probably start in level four and by the time high school is out you could be a level seven which is optional gymnastics :)
Gabby douglas started gymnastics when she was 6 years old - in 2004
For fun, friends and fitness - no. For a competitive career - probably yes.
