She trains evey day except Sundays

•This is what a typical day looks like for me. -

•5.15am - Drive to the pool.

•5.30 - 8am - Swim 5-7 kilometers

•8.30am - Breakfast

•9 -10.30am - Gym & Cardio

•11am - Physiotherapy or Massage

•12 - 3.15pm - Rest time

•4 - 7pm - Dry land & Core work and 5-7 kilometers Swim
