Two hours a week is certainly going to help, but there are other factors to consider. With a good diet and supplemental exercise, you should be able to drop 1 to 2 pounds a week fairly easily.

I do karate 2 or 3 times a week (1 and a half to two hours) and also do an orbital 60 minutes a week three times a week. I've been dropping about a pound and a half a week since the start of the year.
