You need to keep your old equipment for as long asyou can. If you are a novice, you should just sell your old gun for less than what you bought it for, and get an electric marker. Then get the marker customized to where it can ramp all the time. This is good because you will not have to change the settings of the marker. Now, all of this custimizing and tunning will cost around $170. I recommend you buy a Smart Parts ION. They are realitively cheaper than most other electric guns. Their price ranges from $200-$300. If its any higher you are being cheated out ofa good gun. So all in all a novice should spend around $300-$550 on a brand new paintball gun. (That is if you like to go cheap, there are some guns that cost over $1,000!)
