Condition is important, and minor flaws could bring the price down significantly. Common flaws with pennants are missing ties, pin holes, frying, creases, and "crackling" on the printing. i dont actually know what cass pennant is doing right now but i know something cass pennant went to my house at hartlepool my dads mate bailey was in casses film i met him it was briliant.
