Not very. You need to balance your muscles or otherwise you won't grow as much. If you work your chest, you must work your back and legs as well to achieve the full potentionial. Plus neglecting your back while training your chest brings your shoulders forward which isn't very attactive

Maybe 500-600lbs at most.
