It all depends on how long you're playing and how high your heart-rate is. Say if you play for an hour with an heart-rate about 160 you will aproximately burn 850 calories. It all depends on your weight and age as well.
6 playes =)
99-100lb for a swimmer and for a volleyball player 100-200lb
25 best 2 out of 3
There is not set amount of money that a professional girl volleyball player will earn. This depends on age and skill.
not much they do not play it as much as football the popular game
A player chooses a volleyball club based on how much time they want to spend in the offseason, how much money the can afford to spend on the dues for the club team, and what skills they want to improve during the club season.
A point is worth a point, in any game
it depends the average is about $150 a month. but it rely depends
William Morgan invented volleyball in 1895 at the Holyoke, Massachusetts, YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association) where he served as Director of Physical Education. Morgan originally called his new game of Volleyball, Mintonette. The name Volleyball came about after a demonstration game of the sport, when a spectator commented that the game involved much "volleying" and game was renamed Volleyball. from the site http://inventors.about.com/od/uvstartinventions/a/Vollyball.htm
Practice makes perfect. I played Volleyball for a while and I sucked at it, then I got better, now I'm okay but I don't play much anymore.
It depends on what team they play for, and how good they are. I'm sure that volleyball players earn lots of $$$, especially if they're one of the best players. :)
Volleyball is a game of fame. If you dont think so just remember misty maytrainer! There's really not much money involved in the volleyball at least outside of Russia and Italy where the pro vball league is huge and generates a lot of revenue. Hopefully in the near future a pro league in the USA will be established so pros don't have to play abroad.
