Players don't get a salary for playing in the playoffs. However, the league provides an amount of money which increase the further a team goes in the playoffs. This money is divided among the players on the teams.
There are currently no professional women's hockey players in North America. The women playing in the Canadian Women's Hockey League and the Western Women's Hockey League are not compensated at all to play. In fact, many of them actually have to pay to play. There are a large number of members of the Canadian and US women's national teams playing in these leagues and they are paid to train by their respective national associations as "carded" athletes. However, the amount they are paid ranges in between $1000-$2000 per month, hardly a "pro" level contract. There are professional women's hockey leagues in Europe and Russia. Their compensation is not known, but the North American players who play there are paid relatively well, although again, not anywhere close to the level of the men's pro players.

I do not know the exact percentage, but there are variants. High school hockey in MN will have a much high percentage of players that go on to play college hockey than other states. I would estimate that about 5-10% of high school players in MN go on to play Div I or Div III hockey. That will probably be much lower for other states as there high school hockey programs are usually second rate to the midget teams.
Nothing. The team buys them.
I assume you mean NHL hockey players although you can make money playing hockey in several different leagues. NHL salary varies based on individual contracts and cap hits. Too many variables.
A Rugby Union players gets much more than Rugby League players. Rugby League players get between (in average) 80,000k-120,000k. The highest paid rugby league player earns 500,000k a year.
