I can answer this because, I am currently on a team! We do not get paid enough to quit our day jobs at my level; we make $250/game. It is not about money at the pro-indoor level! But the experience, entertainment for the fans, a chance to give back to the community, and ofcourse an oppertunity to get picked up by big leagues that pay a good enough salary....to make football our only job; NFL, AFL, CFL! So supportyour local indoor team, we are out there for you guys! Or play college ball and train hard for a great oppertunity to play pro ball at any level.
Hope this helps :)

As a former player in the AIFA, we were paid $200.00 per game and would get a $50.00 win bonus if we won. All this was before taxes, so it was even less.
Each player that suits up for a game gets paid $150. If the team wins, there is a $50 bonus option.
