Barry Bonds made $60,000. in 1986, his first year with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
He was found to be taking steroids, which makes his home runs illegitimate.
Steroids are cheating! Basically, when you take steriods it makes you much stronger then you were before. Therefore, like people such as Sammy Sosa, Mark McGuire, and Barry Bonds have proven, it makes you hit the ball much harder and increases your chance of hitting home runs. Don't do it!
The list would be shorter had you asked "what baseball players DON'T cheat."
I do not think he should not be suspended. I think all records that were broken while he was reportedlly on steroids should be taken away. This is how he makes money 4 his family.
he makes a comment about Mr. Vernon's wardrobe "Does Barry Manolo know that you raid his wardrobe?" - John
The value of a multi signed baseball cannot be priced by the value of each signature added up. Multi signed baseballs are valued as a group of signatures, and how desired that group is as a whole. This does not necessarily mean that two signatures will sell for less than one, but in most cases it does, or at least not the full value of the two (or three) signatures added up. A Barry Bonds single signed baseball is worth about $150.-$250.. A Willie Mays single signed baseball is worth about $125.-$200.This is typically the price range collectors pay for these signatures, and the value will vary based on the authenticity, the condition of the signatures, availability, and the number of collectors in the market. The number of collectors in the market for both signatures, on one ball, would be lower than the number for each signature separately, and that would lower the value. As a group of signatures the Barry Bonds, and Willie Mays signatures would make a desired duo. Two 600 home run club hitters, their connection with the Giants, and Mays being Barry Bonds Godfather. The added Will Clark signature makes the baseball less desired, lowering the number of collectors interest in it, and that will lower the value. I could not find any auctions featuring any combination of Bonds, Mays, and Clark signed baseballs. It would most likely sell in the $200. - $250. price range. The value comes down to finding collectors that desire the signatures of all three players on one baseball or a Bonds, and Mays collector that will tolerate the Clark signature. If the Mays, and Bonds signature is on the sweet spot, it will have a higher value. Signatures that have not been properly authenticated could sell at half the market value or less.
