Twice.
13. When you ask, "how many NFL championships have the Packers won?" the answer generally given is 13. However, the name of the championship has changed over time, causing confusion. The Green Bay Packers won the title called the "NFL Championship" eleven times (1929, 1930, 1931, 1936, 1939, 1944, 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967). The Packers also won the title called the "Super Bowl Championship" twice (1996, 2010). To further complicate matters, the "NFL Championship" games in 1966 and 1967 were not the same games as the Super Bowls (I and II), played in those same years. Those early Super Bowls were called "AFL-NFL Super Bowl Championships". So, technically speaking, the Packers won a total of four championship games in 1966 and 1967 - two "NFL Championships" and two "AFL-NFL Super Bowl Championships".
