A player can only receive 7 technical fouls in a playoff seris before they get suspended for one game.
Nothing, the player can play the next game. However, if a player accumulates 15 Technical Fouls over the course of an NBA season, they are suspended for one game. The same is true during the NBA playoffs, except the number before suspension is reduced to 7.
Yes but it depends on how many fouls and the severity of the fouls

If a player receives 7 technicals in the season/playoffs they are suspended. I believe if you commit two technicals in a game you get ejected and must leave and cannot participate in the game.
There are two types ... technical and personal. There are flagrant fouls, which are fouls intended to hurt another player. Shooting fouls are physical contact during a shot attempt. Technical fouls are arguments or complaints with the referee. Intentional fouls are fouls that are done to make someone shoot free throws instead of holding the ball, mostly done at the end of close-scored ball games.
2 technical fouls and 6 fouls

in 2010-2011 Dwight howard has the most number of technical fouls he has 16 technical fouls
The two most "major" penalties in basketball are technical fouls and flagrant fouls. Flagrant fouls are assessed when a player fouls another player with excessive force without making a play on the ball. Technical fouls are assessed to players who disrespect other players or the referree. Technical fouls are judgement calls by the ref. they can be called for cursing, taunting, attempted fighting, arguing or many more things.
He is ejected for a week or if in a tournament he is ejected for it all. However if a coach gets 2 technical fouls he shall be fired.
