Well if you don't have any abs you sould start off by doing about 50 of them but if it to hard maybe try doing 20 a day then once you get used to doing 20 try 50 then 100 but don't hurt your self doing them take it slow :))

The people who answered already obviously can't read! The question is not whether you can lost 20 pounds PER DAY, the question is can you lose 20 pounds in ONE MONTH by eating ONCE PER DAY! It depends on how many calories you eat during that one meal and how many sit ups you do. It would be pretty hard to do. I don't think you could do it unless you eat very little and do sit ups for hours every day. I don't think it's healthy.
when you wake up in the morning, do as many push ups and sit ups as you can, and soon you will lose body fat but gain weight from the muscle. GIRLS LOVE IT. take it from me, I'm 13 and can lift 150 pounds.
