Let in tennis is when a point has to be stopped because of a distraction in the middle of a point from something like a balls rolling on to the court. A let is also where the serve hits the net and goes over into the correct service box. This rule applies to everything but the lets in World Team Tennis and Division one mens college tennis.
In intermediate tennis, you judge yourself. In professional tennis, there is a line judge. The line judge call outs, lets, and keeps score.
Play on. There are only lets in tennis and ping pong
There are no limits to the amount of lets that you serve. As long as the served ball hits the net and bounces into the correct service box it's a let. Then depending on if the let was on your first serve or second serve, you take two more serves or one more serve respectively.
