It depends on the size of the meet. Some races are combined races where all grades race together. Some races go by grade while some go by JV and Varsity races. Boy and girl races are not combined.

∙ 14y agoEvery school is different therefore their schedules are different as well. Most schools run a meet once a week. sprinkled with very important meets and meets twice a week. At the end of the season it culminates to their states and then nationals.
