1 point for a tie.
In almost every league in the world a tie is worth 1 point, and a win is worth 3. 0 points for losing. I'd expect the league you mentioned to work this way.
what if soccer ends in a tie
That depends on how you define "point". The score in soccer is measured in goals, not points. A goal is worth one goal, or one point if you really want to call it that. In many tournaments, including the group stage of the FIFA World Cup, a team is awarded three points for a win and one point for a draw (other competitions or leagues may use a different system, see below). The number of goals scored does not affect the number of tournament points awarded. Some leagues and competitions award tournament points (as described above) for goals scored or goal differential, but these are usually used as tie-breakers and aren't counted unless there is an actual tie. In these minority cases, the number of points awarded for goals scored or goal differential are usually capped at 3 or 4.
2
In the group stages there are 3 points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. Once the knock out stages are played all matches are played to a finish.
I just know for soccer that in a two leg match that you just add up the goals in each game. Person with the most goals wins, if there is a tie then the team with the most away goals moves on. Hope this helps!!!
Tie breaker
In 99% of leagues, The points given are as follows: A win: 3 points A Draw(tie): 1 point A loss: 0 points Teams may be deducted points for extreme unsporting behavior off-field or if it is in 'administration', or unable to pay its debt.
Around 30% of all games end in a tie.
Tie games are usually decided by penalty kick shootouts.
Even points after four quarters then no points for 15 minutes
In baseball a scoreless tie cannot happen. A scoreless tie is one where there are no points scored when the game ends.
