I'm not sure if it's recently changed but it was 35 flex points a week. You can also earn extra points by exercising.
The term bench points in basketball refers to how many points the non-starting players of a team score in a game. I have 415 points and just answered this week's questions. The points vary week to week depending on difficulty. I have seen other posts on other pages and some people are in the 600s. BTW I'm a team of one!
