In MLB between 1900-2009, I count 7.
1) Justin Verlander, Detroit Tigers - led the AL with 17 losses in 2008 and tied for the AL lead in wins with 19 in 2009.
2) Phil Niekro, Atlanta Braves - led the NL with 18 losses in 1978 and tied for the NL lead in wins with 21 in 1979.
3) Mickey Lolich, Detroit Tigers - led the AL with 19 losses in 1970 and led the AL with 25 wins in 1971.
4) Hal Newhouser, Detroit Tigers - led the AL with 17 losses in 1947 and led the AL with 21 wins in 1948.

Cal Ripken Ball has taken youngsters to the correct level. Baseball is being taught the way it is played. Pitchers are into the stretch mode, lead offs, stealing base's. All the above is what little league does not have. Little league is good, but not like it was. To many boardmembers are out there for themselves or because there child hardly plays. There's not to much parent participation in little league. The Ripken league offers classes with 100% showup. Not little league. Politics have really done little league in for the worst yet to come. Kids are not coming back that next year cause they had no FUN. Little league needs to step it up with the times. Try interleague with other city's other leagues, something. I played little league and loved it. That was when there was 10teams per division. Now, your lucky if each division gets 4 to 5 teams. I just wanted to shout this out to some of you people out there who still listen. Cal Ripken offers more, if your child is good to where you the parent know that your child is that good, then move him or her out of there. Place them in a league that offers competitive type ball.

In pes 2010 in master league can you play the campions league in your first season?
At the start of the 1st season you are automatically into the qualifying rounds of the champions league, but if you go out of it without winning, you will have to come in the top 3 of your league E.g English league, ligue, etc. to play in it again next year, but if you come less than that you wont be in it. There are two "leagues" in Major League Baseball in the United States. The National League and the American League. The two champions of each league meet in the "World Series" each year. There are 25 players as "active" status on a professional baseball team at the major league level. About half of those players are pitchers and 5 of them are starting pitchers. Starting pitchers have a standard rest periods, so they do not play every game. The other pitchers also do not play every game. Out of the other non-pitcher players, only 8 in the National League and 9 in the American League start the game. If there are no substitutions, the "bench players" would not get a chance to bat. But, there maybe games in which all the relief pitchers and bench players go into the game due to extra innings and on very rare occasions, a call goes to a starting pitcher to coming as a relief pitcher. Even in these rare circumstances, those pitchers may never get a chance to bat and the other starting pitchers, getting ready for the next game certainly will not come into the game. In the American League, the rule called "the Designated Hitter" allows a team to choose a player that only hits for a certain position. Since pitchers usually do not practice hitting, they tend to be not very good hitters, so the Designated Hitter, or DH, is used for the pitcher. So, in American League games, the pitcher never gets to bat.
