Horses aren't necessarily better than camels, but most people prefer them. They can be used for many sports such as western riding, English riding, and trail riding. You can also just keep them as companions, as they are very lovable and kind. They are beautiful, graceful animals. Camels can't be used for any sports that i know of and they are hard to find. They aren't very nice either, and not as pretty as horses, though this is just an opinion.
