Archie Griffin won the Heisman Trophy two consecutive Heisman Trophies in 1974 and 1975.
The Miami Hurricanes have had two Heisman Trophy winners. They were Vinny Testaverde in 1986 and Gino Torretta in 1992.
As of the 2007 season the last Longhorn to win the Heisman Trophy was running back Ricky Williams in 1998.
Auburn University has produced three Heisman Trophy winners. Pat Sullivan (1971), Bo Jackson (1985), and Cam Newton (2010).

Archie Griffin
John David Crow, a halfback for Texas A&M, won the Heisman in 1957. He is the only person to win the Heisman Trophy while playing for Texas A&M.
