Each team is allowed 3 outs at bat in each inning.
First off all it would depend on what the score of the game was and how many batters were faced. There is anywhere from 150-300 in a 7 inning softball game. It would depend on the level of play, the skills of the pitchers, and the umps of the game.
well in the whole USA, there is 60,000,000 in and out restaurants.
It all depends on the score. In most softball leagues, if there is a significant difference in the score (10 run rule) the game will be called complete in less than the standard 7 innings. Otherwise a 7 inning game takes 7 innings to complete.

Softball doesn't have quarters. It has innings. Each inning consists of a bottom and a top. (In the top the home team is out in the field on defense and the visiting team is batting. In the bottom it's flip flopped.) Most games will last seven innings, but there is a mercy rule. If a team is up by either 15 points by the end of the third inning, or by 10 at the end of the fifth inning, (or after) the game will be called.
