In MLB through the 2008 season, one.

Babe Ruth: 1926-47, 1927-60, 1928-54, 1929-46, 1930-49, 1931-46, 1932-41

Alex Rodriguez and Sammy Sosa both had 40+ home runs in six consecutive seasons.

Currently, the only player with 40+ HRs in five consecutive seasons is Adam Dunn of the Nationals. In 2009, he has 35 home runs and the Nationals have 28 games left in season. Should he get 40 this season he will have a chance next season to become the second player in MLB history to hit 40+ in seven consecutive seasons.
