you have to stretch your groin muscles and keep practising each night.
You might get hurt, it depends if you're like 1 or 2 inches away from the splits, then not so much. If you're like farther from doing the splits, then yes you might get injured because it happened to my friend and she couldn't really walk for about a week. But the good news is, she could do the splits now :) So unless you're desperate enough to get pushed down to do the splits, you have to deal with the pain Lol
When the ground splits in two, it is called a fissure or a fault. This phenomenon is typically associated with tectonic plate movements and can result in earthquakes.
You have to stretch daily and hold your stretches long enough to improve you. It also depends where you are on your splits. If you are an inch from the ground then u can learn it in a week. If u are 10 inches from the ground it might take a little longer then 1 week. OR; You can open you're legs into a second position and get up against the wall. Then just try to get closer and closer to the wall and hopefully that can stretch out your legs enough to do the split. But like that comment above, just keep on stretching and find out how close you are to the ground (:
If your talking about the main ground wire from the battery, its located on the metal wall right to the left of the negative terminal. Just follow the wire that comes off the negative terminal back six inches to a foot and you can see where the ground wire splits off and bolts to the metal.
As a cheerleader there is low limit to how far you go down. If u stretch and practice it everyday then u will be on your way to your splits.
well if u wanna do the splits all the way to the ground first off go as far as u can till it starts to hurt thenn when u get there hold that for 30 seconds like count 1 gymnastics 2 gymnastics then when ur done slide down a little more and keep doing it over and over agin till ur fully on the ground
try doing splits. if you get down to the ground you are really flexible.
You just have to keep stretching. Look up stretching videos on Youtube, I did and it helped a ton!
It dries up and splits forcefully. The seeds will then drop out to the ground.
Oh, dude, let me break it down for you. So, if you're 10 inches away from the ground and you practice for 5 minutes three times a day, it's like, gonna take you... um, a while. Learning the splits is more about flexibility than distance from the ground, but hey, keep practicing and you'll get there eventually.
